What is one way that you can make this transition easier for him, and for yourself?

By making sure we are all ears and open to ways of teaching. Having an open mind will help us learn new things in different ways from a new teacher.
I will just make sure that he feels comfortable and will ask him for help if i needed it and would talk to him to make him feel comfortable around the classroom
The best way 2 make this transaction easy is by paying attention 2 what he is trying 2 teach. Make him feel good about teaching because teaching could b a pain in da @$$
